Welcome to Club Ena ("The Club"). By accessing or using our services—whether online, in-store, or through our customer support channels—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Overview
Club Ena is a curated luxury handbag resale platform. We specialize in authentic, pre-owned designer handbags. All users, buyers, and sellers must adhere to these Terms and Conditions when engaging with The Club.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or consign products through The Club. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
The Club guarantees the authenticity of all items sold. Each product undergoes a thorough authentication process. The club provides a lifetime guarantee on authenticity in addition to an Entrupy certificate on certain products. Entrupy certificates are provided at The Clubs discretion, please contact us prior to purchase if you would like the certificate. Any concerns regarding authenticity should be raised as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
4. Product Condition
All items sold by The Club are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. We provide detailed descriptions and images for transparency. Please note that slight wear, aging, or minor flaws may exist and are clearly indicated. Items will not be accepted for return due to light signs of use that are to be expected with preowned items. The club is more than happy to provide clients with detailed images via Whatsapp prior to purchase.
5. Sales & Pricing
All prices are listed in [£GBP] and are subject to change without notice. Once a purchase is made, the price is final. We do not offer price adjustments after a sale is complete.
6. Returns & Refunds
As a resale platform operating under a consumer-to-consumer sales format, in line with other reputable resale platforms in the UK, The Club does not accept returns.
However, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to arrange an exchange or issue store credit, provided that:

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The returns tag is still attached to the item.

The item is returned in the same condition it was sent.

All original additionals (including dust bags, boxes, authentication certificates, etc.) are included.
- International orders are not eligible for refunds - this does not affect our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer secure shipping with tracking and insurance. Shipping times and fees vary based on location. The Club is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. The club is no longer responsible for the item once it is deemed delivered by the delivery company. The client is responsible for any and all import duties/taxes. If an item is returned to The Club by the delivery company the import duties/taxes will be subtracted from the refund.
8. Selling / Consignment Terms
For consignors:

You retain ownership until the item sells.

Once sold, The Club takes a commission (Commission contract varies, document to be agreed and signed by both parties prior to the start of the consignment term).

Unsold items can be returned at your expense or donated after [3 Months].
- If your item is not collected or cannot be returned to you within two weeks after the end of your consignment term, The Club reserves the right to donate the item to charity.
For Sellers (Outright sales):
- Club Ena will aim to quote your item within 48 hours (this may vary during busy periods). Quotes are valid for 48 hours, items must be resubmitted for valuation after this period - quotes are not guaranteed to stay the same due to constant changes in market value.
- The item must be posted by the seller to the address provided by The Club. The Club does not accept responsibility for your item until it is Signed for by a member of our team at one of our addresses.
- The Club may offer collection services on a case by case basis - In this instance, Club Ena accepts responsibility for your item once the seller has received the collection email.
- The Club will put your item through physical and AI authentication before payment if made to the client.
- Payment is made via bank transfer to the seller - Club Ena does not accept responsibility if the incorrect bank details are provided.
- Items which fail authentication or differ in condition will incur a £100 admin fee and will be shipped back to the seller. Alternatively items proven to be counterfeit may be discarded at The Clubs discretion.
- Once the item has been received by The Club, the seller has confirmed the sale of the item and cannot withdraw.
9. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with The Club, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:

Sell counterfeit items.

Use The Club for any unlawful purposes.

Harass, defraud, or abuse other members or staff. Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban from The Club.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Club Ena, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of The Club and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
13. Privacy Policy

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of The Club after changes constitutes acceptance.
